Orders are sent via Parcelforce or Royal Mail, depending on the parcel's size and weight.

Click & Collect is free from our Hove shop. Simply select collection at checkout, and we’ll let you know when your order is ready.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours, with photographs of the packaging and damage so we can raise a claim with the carrier. This does not affect your statutory rights.
