Our Machines
The CO2 laser cutting machine can be used on a wide range of materials and has a bed size of 1200mm x 900mm to handle most jobs. Below is a list of the materials we can cut and engrave.

​How Much?
We offer free quotations on all jobs. We can usually quote you the same day if you send us a file or drawing to work from. The quote is calculated by working out how long the job will take us to complete and will include the cost of any materials you may require
How Long?
Laser cutting and engraving: Usually, it takes us 3 - 5 working days to turn around a laser cutting job, depending on how busy we are. If you need some laser cutting done quickly, we will happily give you a quote for a speedy turnaround if we can fit it in.

What is a vector file?
A vector file is made up of mathematical lines and curves rather than pixels, allowing the laser cutter to follow the artwork precisely. Unlike a JPG or PNG image, a vector file can be scaled to any size without losing quality and is the preferred format for laser cutting.
File Setup
We would appreciate your files being presented as clearly as possible to provide you with the best laser cutting and engraving results and a swift turnaround. Here are a few tips that may assist you in your preparation.

Preparing Your Artwork
You must leave at least 5 mm between different components; if lines are too close, it can create burn marks.
It is also essential that you give us at least one dimension so we can make sure the items are the correct size. For example, the “A” in the diagram is 100 mm tall, as noted on the cutting sheet.
The maximum working area of our machines is 1200 mm x 900 mm. Email us if you would like to cut something that exceeds these dimensions, and we can help.

Accepted File Formats
For the best results, please send your artwork in one of the following vector file formats.

Don't worry if you only have a JPG, PNG, photograph or hand-drawn sketch. We can usually convert these into a laser-ready vector file. If extensive artwork preparation is required, we'll let you know before any additional charge is made.
